Learn how to integrate the benefits of Buddi Yogam or pranayama into your life and work

Pranayama is a practice of getting familiar with your life force energy through the vehicle of the inner pranam or life force not with external breathing. This pranayama technique is higher form of Pranayama technique practiced from ancient times and taught by Gurus. This technique never depends on the external air (physical form Oxygen) but use the prana force available with in the body.

Teaching Pranayama: This course will give seeker or yoga practitioner the tools to enrich their own pranayama practice and learn how to effectively increase the physical, mental and brain energy. This three-day training will include practicing and teaching inner breath awareness and inner breath manipulation techniques, such as Buddhi Yogam or Inner Pranayama technique. Sessions will include simple stretching, dharma talks, practicing pranayama techniques in reclined and seated positions.
